Sensitive personal information: account login credentials and payment card details are collected only to provide the Services and are not used to infer characteristics about you.

Sale and sharing: we do not sell personal information for money. Some of our advertising and analytics partners receive information through cookies and pixels, which may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under some US state laws. You can opt out at any time using Your Privacy Choices. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Payments and financing: payment details and financing applications, which are processed by our payment and financing partners. We do not store full card numbers.

Classes and appointments: name, email, and phone number when you book a class or session.
Reviews, loyalty, and referrals: reviews, photos, and loyalty or referral activity. If you refer a friend, we use the email address you provide only to send them your referral.
Business details: company information and tax exemption certificates when you request tax-exempt purchasing.
Marketing preferences: your email address and phone number when you sign up for emails or text messages.

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

Verification: to protect your information, we will verify your identity before completing access, deletion, or correction requests, usually by confirming information we already have on file. Opt-out requests do not require verification.

Authorized agents: you may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We may ask the agent for proof of authorization and ask you to verify your identity directly.

Appeals: if we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or emailing support@heitpressnition.com with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state attorney general.

California disclosures: in the past 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information listed in the Notice at Collection, disclosed identifiers, customer records, commercial information, and business information to service providers for business purposes, and shared identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and approximate location with advertising partners for targeted advertising.

EU, EEA, and UK privacy rights

Legal bases: we process personal information when it is necessary to perform a contract with you (such as fulfilling your order), to comply with legal obligations (such as tax records), for our legitimate interests (such as preventing fraud and improving our site, balanced against your rights), or with your consent (such as analytics and marketing cookies and marketing messages).

Your rights: you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it.

How to make a request: submit a request at GDPR Privacy Requests or email support@heitpressnition.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

International transfers: HPN is based in the United States, and some of our service providers process data in other countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Israel, India, Singapore, and Bangladesh. When we transfer personal information outside the EU, EEA, or UK, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
